Can we speculate about the future of MFs at various resorts

I am trying to decide where to add-on. My 2 tops choices (BWV and HHI) have such high MFs. I know this number can fluctuate- but is there any reason to beleive that one resort will likely have high mfs vs another. Is there a reason that BWV is so high or is it just a phase and the number just happens to be outpacing other resorts at this point in time? Will SSR continue to be among the lowest over the years? What are your thoughts???

No way to know for sure what will happen with MF's - but we are now up to 8 resorts - some with 10+ years of data. That's enough to see some clear patterns.

One pattern is that the relationship of MF's between resorts doesn't change very much from year to year. There's only been one real exception to that pattern: HHI went from a low maintenance fee resort to one of the most expensive.

Things may change, but at this point my "best guess assumption" is that the current relationships will hold. I would expect BWV to have slightly higher MF's than the other completed on-site resorts. The one exception is AKV. Since it's not really built yet, there's no good way to gauge MF's - we'll have to wait and see they look like once Kidani is up and running.

I also would expect the beach resorts to continue to have higher MF's than the WDW resorts.

It is pretty constant. I wonder why BWV is so high compared to the other wdw resorts?
