Can uber or Lyft pick up from port of miami?

We have an upcoming first time DCL for the kids, and have not decided where to stay 2-3 nights after cruise? Is it possible to request Uber/Lyft ride on the debark day for port pickup? If works, where is designated pickup area? How far is it from the ship?

The Uber/Lyfts pick up across the road when you exit the terminal - the same place where you drop your luggage off with the porters on embarkation day.
