Can tickets be upgraded?

I bought all my park tickets as well as meal deal and sipper cup tickets online, now my DF son age 7 may not be able to go, so then I will need to either upgrade or see if I can get my money back. Does anyone know if either is possible? I mean I see its a $12 difference with the meal deal between adult and child and I would be willing to pay the difference, I beleive the new tickets you buy online that are unlimited for 7 days for $79 are the same price but I will have to let them know its not a child under 9. I guess I will have to go to guest services? Would I just take my print out of my order to do that and get them to print out the tickets then or do I go to the kiosk get the tickets and then go get them upgraded at guest services. If I cant get anyone else to join us will I be able to get a refund on the 1 park ticket and the 3 meal tickets?

Yes, you will have to go to Guest Services. There, they can upgrade or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

You can bring your printed order or get your tickets and bring those to the window. They'll be able to work with you either way.

Upgrades will be no problem but refunds are usually not available. I'd just go to Guest Services will call window and not the kiosk. Show them the order and let them know what changes you need. They can either change the order or upgrade the tickets. Or you can call the online ticket store and see if they can change the order now for you. It looks like you have plenty of time for them to process the change to the order.

Had some friends try and get a refund.US wouldnn't doit.So they upgraded.
