Can someone please help w/iron-ons?

DD is graduating from 6th grade this year and I'm taking her on a mother/daughter trip to WDW to celebrate.

I want to make her a sweatshirt (I bought a white zippered hoodie) and put an image of Mickey in a graduation cap on one side of the zipper.

I found the clipart I want to use, but when I try to make it smaller, it looks kind of pixelly. I wanted the image to be about 2 in x 2 in. Is this not possible?

Any advice is appreciated!

Bumping

Just hoping there's someone out there who can explain how to resize this image without losing the crispness of the image. (I'm so untalented and uncreative - I need all the help I can get).

I'm also thinking it would be cool to have "2011" written under the picture of Mickey.
