Can my son use his Go Pro at DC and Aquatica?

We saw so many people with Go Pro's at SW and AQ last year. I must have said to my son 100 times, why haven't we got one of those!! So we bought him one for Christmas and I am really hoping that he is able to use it this year and they haven't been banned for any reason. We will be going to DC on 15th August and probably AQ 5 or 6 times during our three weeks.
Also we only have the camera at the moment, so if anyone has any tips on what accessories we need to get to get the best out of it and make it easy to use in the water that would be great.

My nephew used his go pro at DC........he just wasn't allowed to put it on a stick or anything nor are you allowed anywhere near the Dolphin Swim with it.

Can help with Aquatica......have read varying reviews of go pro use there.........I'm sure he mentioned not using it on the slides there.

We used our underwater camcorder/camera when we went to Discovery Cove. As the pp stated you can't use it with the Dolphin Swim but we used it everywhere else at Discovery Cove. We used it at Aquatica in the lazy river and rapids. We were not able to use it on the slides.

We bought and attached a flotation device to our camera that fit around our wrist. I believe GoPro makes something like this as well.
