I bought invitations for my DD's 1st Holy Communion. I would like to print the inside info from the computer, but do not know how to format the page to fit the size of the invite.

It depends on the program you're using, but usually somewhere there is a page setup screen. You can tell the computer the exact dimensions the card is and it will automatically adjust for you.
Also, you could buy the larger sticky labels and print them out by the page and just stick them inside your invites.
Good luck!

You'll have to play with it (using something like Word) to get the centering and top-to-bottom spacing right. I would suggest printing some tests on plain white paper and then lay it on top of the invitation to see how it lines up. :)
