Can I switch days for Express Passes

So I noticed that the express passes are date-based, hence I'm waiting for Universal to announce the Cinesational schedule so I can decide which date will be for which park (Dec 2 & 3). However, I hear that the price will start going up as we get too close to our travel dates. Should I go ahead and buy the express passes now? Will I be able to call Universal to switch the dates if Cinesational is announced for the opposite dates of what I booked?

yes, in the past universal has allowed you to change express pass dates. You have to pay the difference in price however I don't believe they give you a refund if the prices decreases.
