Can I get Tickets at the Florida Welcome Station?

Okay...left this one a little late. I know you can save about 10 bucks on the child's 7 day hopper ticket if you buy them from an agent instead of Disney...we're leaving today to drive down and I thought if I have to pay the extra 10 bucks, whatever. But does anyone know if there's an agent at the Welcome station? If so, I'll definately stop there.

I have only been to the welcome center in Ocala, it is Disney owned, and we were able to purchase tickets, make PS's, and room reservations. I do not think it is much less than rack rate. We did not try any of the other welcome centers that service all of the theme parks.
