Can I add no expire at Disney?

I might need to add no expire to our passes if we are not able to use everyday.

Can I do this the week we are at Disney?

OR

Do I need to do it now as I pay my FINAL payment?

I alway thought I could do it at Disney. But I need someone to verify this for me.

You can do it there. In February, we added no expire to our kids passes at our resort (Beach Club) on our last day there. We also added extra days at that time too. It was no problem.
