Can anyone see actual cabins to choose on any cruises?

I click on a category - like inside - and then try to see what cabins are available (not Gty) and it won't show me a deck plan. Is it just me???

Thanks, have tried every category and every deck. Nothing.

I've had issues before with my browser and had to clear cookies out or go incognito mode on Chrome.

I tried DuckDuckGo. Same issue. All the cruises I checked. Maybe things will be better tomorrow? Thanks for letting me know you had the same problem. In fact the page is looking different with a “key” to symbols?

I've actually been having this issue for a couple weeks now. I've been looking at the Costco Travel website to see the room numbers. They do not show all available rooms, only a block of available. But, I take the information that I gather there and tell my TA which room numbers I would like to book. I have no idea why, but DCL has decided that I don't need to see available rooms and prices. It's been bizarre and I have cleared my cache and tried another browser.

You're probably clicking into an offer like the 3rd/4th guests 50% off? Depending on the offer you've selected, you may not be able to choose your own cabin?

I’ve been on a roll lately with letting businesses know their IT isn’t working. If I get the chance I’ll call tomorrow. There IS an option for help with the website. Plus, they keep pushing all the things you can (supposedly) deal with online.

I’m not buying it!

Definitely not clicking on 3rd/4th person free. Only looking for a cabin for ONE.

I don't use Apple products, so it's not that. I have had the experience on my laptop with Chrome and Edge and on my Google phone.
