Can anyone near Novato / Petaluma, CA help Tkyes and I?

We are looking to put together a dinner & Movie themed basket for our boss for Christmas, and unfortunately he commutes from California. We picked out a restaurant, and movie theater, but the restaurant won't mail us a gift certificate (something about policy - they don't know why they have the policy, they just do. )

Anyway, that's where we could use a big huge favor. Does anyone live around Novato or Petaluma, California that would be willing to pick up a couple of gift certificates and mail them to us if we sent a check or money order to cover the certificate and postage? We would be forever grateful.

I can't help, but I bet I can shed some light on the 'policy'

Sending a Gift Certificate (or Gift Card) through the mail, would be just like sending cash. 99% of the time, everything would be fine, but if it were to fall into the wrong hands...sorry, all gone.

I bet there is some fabulous DISer who can help. You might even post a link to this thread on the Disneyland Board to reach more of the West Coasters.
