How very sweet of your friends :goodvibes

Have a fantastic time!!!!!!

And THAT ladies and gentlemen concludes Part II of our series Ethnic Studies. I would like everyone to give Wendy a hand for her astute observations and insights....

Wendy take a bow.....:worship: :worship:

Don't mock me. I can tell fake adoration when I see it. I've known you too long.

I can just say one thing: one eye open buddy... one eye open. :rolleyes1

So, I was cruising some of the other threads around here and came across what was billed as the "Ultimate WDW Packing List". So of course I had to take a peek!

Big mistake! Apparently I have completely forgotten some perhaps essential items! Such as: insect repellant, allergy meds, beach bag to take to the pool, waterproof container for holding room keys and a first aid kit.

W and J- do you see a need for any of the above and/or are you already bringing these items?

This is what I get for having too much time on my hands here at work prior to vacation.

You can always buy things in the world if you forget..........of course you'll be paying 10 times the normal price!

I dont really think you need the insect repellant, beach bag, no,just carry a towel,or whatever you have because you go back to the room to change anyway. waterproof container? the keys are plastic,,,YOU WILL NEED THE BANDAIDS!!! Always have them with you at all times!! ;)

Good point! That is why I'd rather not forget to bring something essential. But with as big a group as we have going, if one of us forgets something someone else is sure to have it!

Yeah, I figured in February we probably wouldn't have to worry about insects too much! At least I hope not...

I have that list (no big surprise here). You won't need repellent (usually more during the summers) - do you have allergies? I don't so I don't bring meds (ha). Beach bag - probably not - don't know how much pool time we're doing anyway but as long as you have some sort of tote you should be ok - we usually bring a large tote if we go on the cruise or planning on going to the beach - the pool is not usually a problem - you can get towels there and you don't need to bring much there. The water wallets are another thing - Jordan and Derek have *many* because each trip they forget theirs and have to buy another - but it's more for them b/c when you're at the water parks then they can carry their stuff with them in the water. I usually don't but maybe that's a girl thing. If you went to the water park, you'd want that for when you buy lunch or pay for other things - to keep your key, cash, charge cards, etc. But I probably wouldn't worry about most of those things. I always carry bandaids but then again I have Derek and the kids and they ALWAYS need them.

I will look for you at world showcase thurs. We are eating in mexico that night. If I don't see you I will leave your surprise at the boardwalk. I will tell them, "Give this to Jordan, you know Wendy's cousin." Do you think they will know who I am talking about?:rotfl2: That's how my aunt Betty would do it.

Hee hee...I am NOT surprised you have that list as well!

I do have allergies so I think I will add that to my list as well as a tote bag that I can just fold up and stick in the suitcase. I had not thought about what I'd do if we went to a water park as far as cash/keys. Maybe I'll just wing it and buy a waterproof container there if we really do end up going to Typhoon Lagoon. And I guess I'll throw in some bandaids for good measure! :thumbsup2

The 50 bucks will buy me 5 ketel one and crans at ESPN Club with tip. Does that help you out?;)

I can.....not.....wait.......

Is your uncle in an 80s cover band?

My uncle is in a heavy metal band called Road Rage. He is the drummer. (This is my uncle who is 19 years younger than my father)

Uh, didn't you promise not to use the gift card for alcohol? Or is a ketel one and cran non-alcoholic at WDW? :rolleyes1

OMG Jordan I can't believe your leaving! Are you officially East Coast Time tomorrow or Thursday?? I'm so excited for you! In case I don't get to talk to you before you leave, have a great flight and a great trip!! pixiedust:

30 days left for me! :woohoo:
