It's 8:36 p.m. pst...........where's the mullet???

Thanks! I have 2 mini dachshunds, they're my babies!

I may have mentioned it- but I have a doxie too and am getting another after our trip. We have a 2.5 year old mini chocolate doxie and getting a black/red baby boy mini doxie! We are thinking of naming him "Snickers"-our chocolate is "Hershey". Love the pups! Best dogs ever. This coming from a lifelong cat person! Hershey has won my heart!! Cannot wait to get the new one!

Wow! I am gone for 24 hours, and I had 6 pages of hair and hapa to catch up on ! I had a girl mullet - just didn't know the name then. :confused3 I would scan in a pic, but it really is scarey. I thought I was pretty cool, though.

My DS, 24 made a video a few years ago - he and his friends went around town covertly filming people here (yes, there are quite a few) with mullets - making hilarious comments along the way. He went to a trailer park and filmed the "mullet habitat", and an old trans am, calling it a "mullet mobile."

It is really funny - he would like to publish it, but someone would probably sue him. :rotfl2:

JORDAN! 1 DAY!!!!! If I don't get here tomorrow - have a wonderful trip, drink something with an umbrella for me and take care of flat winkers! We will probably run amuck here waiting for you to get back. I guess since you have a roommate we can't have a party at your house ?
Good-Bye Wendy, KatGarcia, GirlNextDoor - anyone else leaving?

You should be Russian, from what I`ve read, You`ve got a boatload of stuff to do before you leave in 2 days!

Tomorrow, appt in the AM, meeting at 2pm, meeting at 7pm, write 1 End of Month report and then write up one proposal for a new position....:scared1:

So we'll really screw people up when we split our group. "Wait, it looks like some of them... but where's the little blonde girl... where's the hapa kid...?"

Maybe we should also post the full itinerary so that at any time of the day, at any given park, people will know what "group" to look for.

I have a feeling we'll be getting looks throughout our trip:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Technically, I think hapa kids go one way or the other - either really good looking or really NOT so good looking (trying to be PC about my terminology).

I haven't met a hapa that wasn't good looking..................oh wait....maybe you're right.

I think technically, it's more when you're just half-half. Not that smidgen of Russian in you. You're technically more just Asian since your mom and dad are considered "Asian" for the most part.

Like hapa-haole is Hawaiian for when you're half Hawaiian/Asian and half white (haole is the word for Caucasian), and then hapa-pilipino is half Filipino, and so on. It really means "part" but since they usually just have two categories represented, I think it's more common when it's just split between two ethnicities.

Ok, enough culture talk.

You all know who to look for now and that's all that matters.

And THAT ladies and gentlemen concludes Part II of our series Ethnic Studies. I would like everyone to give Wendy a hand for her astute observations and insights....

Wendy take a bow.....:worship: :worship:

Hey Cherie,,I love the dogs in your siggy! soo cute! :cutie:

Errands, a gift, packing and the mullet

So besides working this morning on a report, I was able to fit in a few errands

I had to stop by the post office and buy stamps for postcards. I've never sent postcards from WDW before (I may have, but I don't remember--that brain cell fried awhile ago), but Meriann wants me to send her kids a postcard....

I also picked up some Fed Ex materials so I can send Pierresgirl some cookies from DHS.

I went out to dinner with some friends tonight and they gave me a 50 dollar gift card to WDW....:thumbsup2 So very nice. I can't spend it on alcohol. I had to promise.

I spent the last hour packing and other than a shirt or two, I am done...:woohoo: :woohoo: and my ticker says ONE DAY.

So my roommate scanned this picture. I have another one with a better view of the mullet.....but this will have to do......

You may not be able to see the mullet because the glasses are in the way:

LOL Yeah, I agree that the glasses stand out more than the mullet ;) I've had my share of big glasses too. Thankfully, over the years, they seem to get smaller with each new pair I buy.

If I don't get back on here again, I wanted to wish you a wonderful, magical trip! May it be everything you're hoping for and more.

Relax and enjoy!

At least the glasses and 'stache detract from the mullet...

Neat about the gift certificate.:thumbsup2 What a nice surprise.
Yay, you are all packed.:cool1: Love the luggage. Hoping to get me some WDW luggage before next trip.
Besides the glasses,:rotfl: (but for the times they were in style:cool2: )that really is a nice picture of you. I think what is funnier than the glasses is when I copied to quote the words that come up on the IMG part said ---YoungJordanMarina---.
That's a reality check for us isn't it. But, hey I say we are STILL young.
In our 40's and FABULOUS.:cool1: :rotfl:
