Is it sleep worthy?
You know how I am obsessed w/ sleeping pictures? Well, I guess I am obsessed w/ sleeping in general. We (Wendy, Derek and I) have had lengthy discussions about attractions that we feel allow for the best naps ergo the title, is it sleep worthy? or as my cousin just titled it,
The Old Peoples' Guide to WDW. We based our ratings on A/C, seats and length of show.
Best in Show
American Adventure: Although it can be too cold in here sometimes, we feel the A/C allows for comfortable napping. Seats are very comfortable and the theatre is never full allowing for snoring, drooling to take place w/ minimal embarrassment. Show length: long. Napability: Very high.
Hall of Presidents: A/C doesn't seem as cranked up here which is fine. Seats while comfortable, are a bit harder than AA. Theatre also never very full, but it seems smaller so snoring and drooling and putting feet up may not be as easy here. Show length: longish. Napability: high.
Universe of Energy: A/C is nice in this show. Seats are very uncomfortable, but the floor of the vehicles work better(yes, I've done it and yes, I had a very nice nap). The attraction is usually sparsely attended, so you can usually have a whole row to yourself. Here's what makes this attraction best in show: SHOW LENGTH. You can get a 30 minute nap here.

Napability: high.
Close, but no cigar
Spaceship Earth: A/C yup. Seats are not very comfortable, but the lighting is low. Snoring and drool factor pretty good as you have your own vehicle and the speakers are right at your ears. Show length: Longish. Napability: medium (the seats knock it down a peg).
Circle of Life: A/C check. Seats pretty darn comfortable. Attendance is mediocre so you can sprawl out. Show length: Medium. Just when you're getting into deep sleep. BAM. The show is over. Napability: medium.
Impressions de France: Good A/C. Seats are theatre seating, but pretty hard. Theatre is small so it's hard to get a good snore going, but the music is classical which is very conducive to falling asleep. Show length: Medium. Napability: Medium.
Muppets 3-D: The only 3-D attraction to make the list. We've seen this so many times that we go there specifically to nap. When Derek, Wendy and I were there in 2002, we sat down and were immediately out for the WHOLE show. Show length: Medium. Napability: Medium.
Honorable Mention: These attractions are not known for their napability, but someone in our group has managed to fall asleep while on these particular attractions:
Voyage of the Little Mermaid
Great Movie Ride
One Man's Dream (theatre seats very uncomfortable)
Carousel Of Progress. We like this show alot. This attraction is a heat buster more than a nap ride. We'll doze in this ride, but never fully fall asleep.
Hope this helps folks w/ their planning
