Can 4/3 be used for resorts other than the values?

We want to book a moderate and deluxe, but I'm assuming we can't split stay with a 4/3 deal so in that case we would just stay in a deluxe. Can the 4/3 deal be used for the deluxes or is it just for values?

You can use the 4/3 deal for any Disney resort, so long as there is availability at your choice of resort!

Thank you! I was hoping that was the case. It just said value resorts on the Disney website so I wasn't sure.
