Can’t make Dessert party reservations?!?!

As of today, November 23, 2021, I cannot make dessert party reservations online 60 days out. It’s more like 53 days out. I was able to make other dining reservations 60 days out.

Is anyone else having this issue?
Does anyone know why this issue exists?

When I check online, I can see dates through 1/22, which is 60 days from today.

It looks like Dessert Parties do not follow the 60 Days + Length of Stay booking process.

When I check online I only see dates up to Jan 15

Dessert parties seem to get loaded into the system differently. My assumption has been that WDW approves them in smaller batches, as fireworks times are finalized, but that’s just a wild, uneducated guess
