I had the same problem this morning with my ADRs. The website only had my check-in date as available for any ADR. The weird thing was I was able to book 60+5 at Topolino's. Probably because I was staying at Riviera? Tried doing the whole clear cookies, restart the browser, going incognito, VPN, etc, but no options worked. When I went on the app, I was able to see open times throughout my stay, but when I went to reserve that time, I would get a server error.
Per another post, I wound up just booking everything available on my check-in day, or days before, and modified them to a day during my stay. At this point, it was already 6:30 AM EST. The amount of blind clicking and praying that there were still availabilities was so stressful!
In the end, I got all of my ADRs except for Space 220
