My friend actually used to work in the Camera Center @ Epcot! They have printers at the Camera centers BUT I think it is only to print a few of your memory maker pics. There is a walgreens near WDW off of 535 that I used to get my pics developed at. Why not go in & ask a camera center at WDW & they can tell ya
I never remember this service. The only thing I remember them doing years ago was transferring your pics off of your memory card onto a CD for a fee. This was when cards where small and expensive.
The Camera Centers are mostly just gift shops. Last time there I saw a small display of Disney Camera gear, a small display with disposable cameras, memory cards and maybe a few rolls of 35 mm film, but it was mostly just the same stuff as in the other stores.
Well making CD's isn't really necessary now that 1,000 high res pics can fit on a $15 SD card (just a guess).
I just don't think there was or would have been much demand for printing pics in the parks. At most I would say it would be more common to have the service in the resorts because I wouldn't want to carry them around all day.
Also people take and distribute pics in a much different way these days. Less and less people use a stand alone camera and if you want to show someone a picture these days you don't hand them a print, you hand them your phone, send it to them directly or send them a link.
No one is saying you can't print pictures. But when I do print pictures, I'd prefer to wait until I'm home, so the prints don't get bent while traveling home. (With the wifi you can upload while at Disney)
And for fun, you can now get a 64GB SD card for about ~$30. That's the same capacity as 94 CD-R discs
