CAMEO - PLMK what accessories i need now! Can i just start finding images i want?

I have a mac and this seemed like the best fit.
How do i find images?

I downloaded the manual so hopefully that helps!

After MUCH consideration from stores (which were less than helpful)

After learning the restrictions about the cricut...
no more scal or other software [this happened since the last time i had looked into a cutter]

My best advice is to find online tutorials and read the manual. If svg files work with the program just google "Wedding Svg Files" and see what comes up. Mardenz is also a good site for files if the SVG files will work. I am not sure what she has for wedding.

I read over the manual and watched a few youtube tutorials and then went to amass files on my computer! YEA new project machine - I am pretending to ignore the brother disney embroidery machine THATS AWESOME and barely used at the moment.....

Can't wait til it arrives tomorrow! Gotta pick up to make room!

I just make what I want (usually)
here is about the only place I post things (or facebook but I'm pretty picky on who I friend there)

I'm usually super excited when I'm expecting something new to play with too

you can go to this site and DL the Silhouette Studio Software:
http://www.silhouetteonlinestore.com/v2/default.aspx

and see all the images available for purchase from the Silhouette store, usually just 99 cents for each image, but you can purchase a year long membership (as cheap as $10/month for $25 of product up to $20/month for $150 of product). I wouldn't invest in a membership right away, as there are SO many free files. Files from the store are .studio files and can not be used with SCAL, only the SS software.

Also, on the Online Store, they offer one free file a week, and it is released on Tuesday. so each weeek, go collect your free file (and even if you don't have a Silhouette yet, you can still go start collecting your files!)

While .svg files can be used with SCAL or with the upgraded SS software, Designer Edition

If you want to use either the Online subscription or Designer edition software, look for a code to reduce your costs.

A good forum to ask questions or search for your Cameo/Silhouette information, is this one:

Thanks for your idea about a code. After 15 min or so of searching, I was unable to come up with any valid ones... not my week. oh well.
