I am trying to figure out if a virus has invaded my laptop or if there is some other malfunction happening with my Sony Laptop.
I've had the Flash player dowloaded since day one. About 2 weeks ago, out of the blue, I began getting the message that I needed to download Adobe Flash to view videos.
I've gone through the process to "uninstall", then "reinstall" Flash. I get the message that my installation was successful. I attempt to view something, and I again get the message that I need to install Flash.
I have literally completed this cycle at least 20 times, to no avail. What gives?? I am so illiterate when it comes to these issues.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or what the fix would be??
