Calling Member Services....

We are new members and have never called member services. Is the phone number in that big blue book that they gave us? And do I need my member Id or can they look me up? I know the member Id is in that big blue book at home but I'm at work and I'm being impatient

The phone number is found several places in your information, and yes, you will need both your member number AND give your last 4 of social to even talk to them.

I can attest to the fact that you do not absolutely need your member number. They can look you up via social and they'll ask you to confirm a bunch of info.

If you don't want to carry your blue member card around, I suggest you write down the number and keep it somewhere safe at work.

As for the MS phone number, you will quickly get that one memorized!
