Is it time to push the panic button????
First, I'm dreadfully behind on my training. I mean, give me an excuse and I'll use it - holidays (with travel) bookended by kids' birthdays, family in town, bad weather outside, loss of a pet - I mean, I've got them all. But, the reality is, I haven't been running outside, much, I hate the treadmill and the longest I've run is 10K back in September. OMG, I'm in so much trouble.
Add to that, I don't have flights yet and they are just SO expensive!!! What the what???
Please, tell me I'll be okay. Life does return to "normal" this week - no travels planned until PHM. Weather stinks, but I'll just have to deal with the TM, right? And when I do run, I can do 10:30/11 minute miles - usually do 3 or 4 miles. Also, I haven't been keeping up with this message thread, but I'm back and I know that there's a good support group here.
