took the day off today because i need to go up to rosemont for the Avon walk Event Eve. i'm starting to get really nervous. the closest i've walked to 36 miles is DisneyWorld! 
i still need to pack all my stuff i need to bring, my sister dropped off an air matress for me to put in my bag for her (she's strapping my sleeping bag to her big ole bag!)

now that we decided to do april 2010 and i can't book anything i'm a little disappointed but we need to save the money sooo.. anywho, we are hoping for April 19, 2010 at the Wedding Pavillion with a reception at the Living Seas Salon (aka VIP lounge) and budget willing, we would like to have an illuminations dessert party (probably in the lower UK b/c the Italy Isola-our first choice- has a 100 person minimum and we are only inviting 65). so that is our plan for now... still quite a ways away so it might change but mike and i are pretty set on the Living Seas so we will see!
we had an indoor picnic. It was also the longest picnic known to man, 10a-2:30p 
. They laid out blankets in one classroom and watched a movie, then we had 1hr in the gym for games (relays and such) then back to the picnic classroom for lunch. We split them up into 4 groups for more games after lunch. I was glad to see it end but I know the kids had fun, a lot were saying it was "the best day ever". They're so cute at 6-7yrs old!
. Missed my walk this morning though, not a good week for exercising. Will have to fit some in this weekend.
That's what friends do!!!!

Our screen was pryed off the window. The window was unlocked (had been opened Monday when it was so warm outside) so the person just slid it over and reached in. Tiggs growled, we woke up and heard something but weren't sure what. Got up and looked around the house and didn't notice anything off. Next morning, I went to grab my purse to leave from it's usual spot on the shelf and it was gone.
it all depends on how warm it actually gets. I may be happier just chillin out on a lawn chair watching them, and maybe catching up on a couple of magazines that I haven't had a chance to read yet - we'll see!!! How is he doing after his eye surgery? Hopefully he is all healed now, and doing well 
I thought about you often and on all day, and I was so happy that the weather was so beautiful for you I am so sorry that happened to you - how terrible I bet this makes you feel so violated, and angry!!! We have a security system on our house, and I do on the business also, and I couldn't live without it now - I feel so secure with it, especially when Kevin is out of town. If you want to know the name of ours, please PM me, and I'll give it to you. 
That stinks! Hope the cops can find your purse and wallet.
