Mary Rose...you are cracking me up.

I thought I was having problems adjusting to my real world.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To all the wonderful people I met during this cruise, thank you. All the things you did made this cruise the best one we've had....so far. This was suppose to be our last family
DCL cruise, but our DS asked for the next one to be the last one. .....Right.
I know I will forget to list some of you so please forgive me....
Mary Rose and John......... it was such fun getting to met you. Ace really enjoyed hanging with your family. Thanks for the pins and magnets. And thank you for all the arranging you did for this thread. Thanks for sharing the internet too. It was nice to pop online for a few minutes here and there.
Terry and John...we really enjoyed running in to you and all the times we got to talk. I'm glad you are enjoying your pillowcases. Door signs are next.
Love my green leis!! And thank you for all that you did for the thread too.
Andy and Hazel....it was nice getting a few moments to talk to you at Chuck's Open house. It was like having a private audience with the DCL Ambassador. You two are wonderful people. The world is a lucky place to have you two in it. Thank you for making this cruise, and the one in '04, very special. We treasure our post cards, shirts, and magnets. Hey the shirts will last longer than the one my DS bought in Mexico. It lasted 1 washing.
Chuck and Tina....you know the special connection Ron and Alex have with you fellow fishermen. I think Alex found someone who understands his passion. Ron told Alex about the place in Cape Canaveral to go fishing, so they are planning that before the next cruise. ....Thanks Chuck....
And I love using my special pens.
Jeff...it was fun talking to you at the internet cafe. I hope your trip was eveything you wanted it to be for you and your family.
Doreen, Marty, Elaine, Daniel, and Jackyln....you were a pleasure to get to met. You are so lucky to have each other. You seem to be a party all by yourselves. Alex says hi to Dan too. Best wishes to your health Doreen, and to Marty's back. I hope the pain goes away soon for you.
Karen....glad I got to met my cruise exchange pal. It has been fun creating with you over the months. I wish I would have had the chance to run in to you more....next cruise.
Anna.....the magnets are terrific! We will have them forever. It was fun seeing you in the theater so much.
Ed...we really enjoyed talking to you. Of course, we can't forget parasailing. That was a highlight of our week. Do send me you email address so I can send you the pictures.
Moire....it was great meeting you and your family, especially your sweet little girl. I wish I would have had the chance to really talk to you. Thanks again for all the treasures in our cruise exchange box. We will always remember you.
The brunch was fabulous, especially with the Thrusday group. And tea was better when it was shared. Next time won't be just Ron and I for dinner. Party of two? What kind of party is that? Can you tell we've been married almost 27 years?
Loved the group picture. I wonder how many copies they sold?
To everyone else that I missed listing.....it was fun being part of such a wonderful group of people even if it was just to say to you knowing you were part of all this too. I know my children, especially Ace/Alex really enjoyed meeting so many of the kids that were part of the Stack group. I think he think we should always travel with this size of a group. It would be fun wouldn't it?
It was an amazing vacation. Now we are back home waiting for a ton of rain to wash away our weekend. It has been weird in a way. Before the cruise I only knew most of you through a box sitting on a desk. Then you all came to life. I come home, and you're all back in the box again. Surreal.
Also, I am having a reversed Cinderella experience. I was treated so well on the cruise, now it is do your own laundry, fix your own food, vacuum your own floor. Something is just not right. I hated the first night looking out my kitchen window and seeing trees. Where is the water?
I started back to my preschool this week to start putting the room together. I don't get the children until the 11th. I was given the wrong class list. I made all the tags, B-day signs, etc. for another class. At least that teacher was happy about it, she hadn't had the chance to do anything yet. I did the ones for my class today.
I think that's it for my brain. Take care all, especially if you live on the east coast.
TTFN,
Shirley
