I think you are getting the busy signal. Its kind of a buzzy bleep. I keep getting either a ring, that then goes to your party is not answering recording, or a busy signal.

Ugh. I got the busy signal, I got the constant ring and then the "your party is not answering" message, then a really weird sounding ring now all I need is to reach a real live person.
