Call Day by Day: Wasting My Time??

I so understand everyone's pain...this week I've been calling MS almost every day and last week too. Managed to get 3nights at OKW and needed another 3 in a studio..well, was put on a wait list but was never called til last friday after I'd already called earlier that day and was able to get the other 3 nights added!

Are you saying you booked rooms after you were already on a waitlist for?

Yep...and they the system didn't realize it and I forgot that I was on a waitlist for OKW (I thought I was on the waitlist for BW and BCV) and they called to tell me they had availability at OKW!! Weird huh...

Well that just sucks. I was hoping you'd say no. I'm so tired of calling MS, I just want to have faith in the waitlist system so I can stop calling. I'm about ready to give up regardles, and just hope my rooms become available.
