California Grill PS after Wishes question

I have a PS for California Grill on 10/25 @ 7.50. Wishes starts 7.30pm that night. Does anyone know if we could check in early (don't mind having a pre-dinner cocktail at the Bar!) so we can go out on the Observation Deck to see Wishes before dinner?

We have a PS at 7:20 in November when the fireworks are at 7 and they said it will be fine to show up early. Have fun!
