Cabanas for dinner question

I know Cabanas is not open for dinner on the first and last nights of the cruise, and it's not a buffet. My question is, do they open the outdoor seating area for dinner? I was just thinking that might be a nice view off the aft of the ship.

Well, you might be able to get to the outside area, but there's no dinner service, utensils, condiments, or servers out there.

And I found dinner at Cabanas not that good. Steaks were awful and service was not good either..imo. That was on the Dream.
