ONLY 3 MORE RUNS UNTIL I AM DONE! Finished week 8!

I did get the 5K in today, but 5 minutes of it was walking the warm up. I stopped my workout on Nike + when I got to 5K, so I am not including the cool down. I am super psyched, finished in 36 1/2 minutes, with a 11:41 pace! It was HOT at 10:40 this morning, I am a little stressed about the heat coming up. I'll definitely be running early or late...... I also need to get some sleeveless, wicking shirts.
Those just starting - I PROMISE YOU CAN DO THIS! I have "struggled" each and every run. Some I thought I would die. Now, I think I am going to die the first mile and half or so, then do great for a while. I love the updates on the c25K app, it tells me halfway done, 10 minutes left, 5, 2,1...
I am really worried about where to go from here. I think I will just keep running, run the full 5K, and see if my speed improves. I have heard, and thought about, making 1 one a week a little longer, maybe 5.5K for a few weeks, and then up to 6K, etc. I have to have goals and plans, or I won't ever keep it up. I love my nike + sensor. It was only around $20, and I got a little velcro case that wraps around my shoelaces, I think it was $7. Got them off
amazon. It's great to see all the stats, I think it will make me stay in the game!
