Hi again. Thanks for the warm welcomes, back about 10 pages. I had started then, but only being able to get outside to run, the weather hadn't cooperated til this week. I finished week one today, and am psyched. It definitely got easier doing it every other day, rather than one day a week. On my last jog today I did it for 90 seconds to see how hard that would be for week two, and it didn't seem too bad. And if I'm reading the program correctly, week one you jog 8 times for 60 secs, but in week 2, it's still the same 20 min, but you would only jog the 90 sec intervals for 6 times. Does that sound right?
Another question for you seasoned c25kers, do you always try to do every other day, or do you sometimes do two days in a row? I don't want to overdo it, but my works schedule is that it works out that way sometimes.
It's so nice to hear how successful everyone is. I now can imagine doing a 90 second jog, but 5 minutes sounds impossible, and to know you all have been here is so inspiring.
