BWV Grand Villa questions

Does anyone have a favorite Grand Villa that I should request upon check-in? If you request a one floor unit, does it mean it will be handicap accessible? Do you know if the sleeper couch has been replaced with the new type? Do you know if there is a web site that details each of the 7 units available? Thanks....

There are 5 one floor Grand Villas and 2 up and down units. In my opinion, the best one floor is on the third floor. It has a huge balcony- much deeper than the other ones. However, I don't believe it is handicapped accessible.
