BuzzAgents- how long to hear back after submitting reports?

I just joined BuzzAgent a couple weeks ago, and I signed up to do the "buzz for beginners," where I had to submit 3 buzz reports on anything I wanted. It says that I would receive feedback and points for the reports after I finished, but I turned them all in 4-5 days ago, and I have not heard anything. In fact, when I go into the campaign, it still says that I didn't turn anything in, and there is a countdown of days I have left to submit them.

Does anyone know how long I should expect it to take to hear back from them?

It sometimes takes as much as a week for real reports. My guess is that real reports are a priority over training reports.

Every report is hand reviewed, so sometimes it may take more time than others.

The 2 product reports that I turned in took over 2 weeks to be reviewed.

Some of the reports I have done took up to three weeks to be reviewed. I wouldn't worry about it. If you still see it in your history of being submitted then they just haven't gotten to it yet!
