Buying AP/Voucher Number Question

Hello,
I am going to buy an AP and I'd like to book a room for a quick trip using the AP room rate. I don't have my AP or voucher yet. What is the quickest way to get my hands on a voucher number? If I buy my AP with Disney.com do they give you the voucher number immediately or do you have to wait for the voucher to arrive in the mail? I don't know if my local store sells AP vouchers. I'll have to wait tomorrow to call.

I got my voucher at the disney store where I live and used it to check on ap rates online as soon as I got home.
