We booked a business class room at CSR for November with RO discount. The only time we stayed at CSR before years ago we were in the Casitas section. I like the thought of concierge class with breakfast and afternoon snack and wine.
How are the Cabanas? The Casitas area was beautiful. Has anyone stayed in business class?

We like the Cabanas, although we've never been in Cabanas 9B where business class is located. If you go to the "unofficial" CSR thread, I know there have been a few reviews of the business class with photos there.

We stayed there in June. We loved it. The location was perfect...easy to walk to Rix Place to get our cups filled up every night, easy to get to the big pool or the quiet pool (we did this a couple of times...threw our laundry in and went into the pool while it was washing/drying). We were on the 2nd floor on the backside and I swear that we never heard another soul.

It was also fast to get to the lounge, which was wonderful. Great breakfast (loved the mango yogurt with granola and the mixed berries were to die for). The employees were wonderful. I have two boys and they spent time talking to them in the morning about our plans and giving advice. In the evening they even built legos with them.

To be honest, everything was right there and we were on the go so much, we never walked over to the Casitas, which I wanted to do because it looked beautiful in pics.

One other note, while it doesn't directly address your question. This was our first trip to Disney and I really wanted to stay at AKL. But I decided to save some money and we booked CSR. We went to AKL one night to grab a bite to eat in the Mara and look around. I'm so glad we picked CSR. It just seemed so much more relaxing. While AKL is stunning, it seemed loud and dark and crowded. I didn't get that sense from CSR. CSR was much more peaceful.
