How early can we get a bus from AKL to Disney springs?

We have a 7:30 am reservation at Boma on our departure day, and would like to walk around DS before heading back to POR for our ME ride to the airport.

We're planning to Uber to AKL, so anyone who's had any experience with that, your feedback would be welcome.
