I agree with you that things are different on SOG buses, but in fairness, you have to consider the riders background and the size of the resort, less than 600 rooms. The SOG can get by with a handful of buses as compared to almost 300.So after seeing this video I am extra happy that I am able to ride on the Shades busses with Americas military.
On the vast majority of trips, people on the WDW buses behave no differently than the those on SOG buses, but because of the huge ridership numbers, you're bound to get some incidents. The rudeness and frustration on some WDW buses is directly related to situations that arise as a result of the large ridership.

I too never took a sitter with me. I just had to alter what rides I did and didn't do. My DH was not always there when I went to the parks. He isn't really a park person, so while I was there with babies.. there were times I was the only adult. I did it. It isn't hard. It is all up to the parent. If they feel that they cannot handle going with an infant, then they don't.. but if they can, it is not anyone else's business what they do. This isn't a topic that you can advise someone on a ya or nay.. This is a personal matter for the parents, only they will know what they can/can't handle.
Anyway, in Florida they may not have felt the need to PC up their codes...nothing in the description of the incident or charges seems to really be related to "terrorism" in the current useage of the word. IMO.
