Bus to the Boardwalk from DVC's ?

We are going home for the first time in September, is there a bus that runs to the Boardwalk from VWL ??

No. You need to transfer from one of the parks.

You can take a bus to MGM and walk (about 10-15 minutes) or take the Friendship boat to the Boardwalk. You can go to Epcot (via bus or via boat then monorail) and walk through Epcot and out the IG where you can walk (5 minutes) or take the Friendship boat to the Boardwalk. The Epcot option requires a park ticket. Outside of park hours, you would have to go via DTD.

As other have mentioned, no - but here (from fastest to slowest ) are your options. As you will see, some involve spending money:

• Take a cab directly from BWV to VWL.
• Take the Disney bus to the MK. When you arrive, walk directly over to the pier to the boat to the Wilderness Lodge.
• Take the Friendship boat from BWV to Epcot. Enter the latter (assuming whatever ticket package you have will allow you to do this without losing anything) and walk to the Epcot front entrance. Exit and get on the monorail. When it gets to the TTC, get off and transfer to the monorail to the MK. Then take the boat to the Wilderness Lodge.
• A variation on the above approach is get to the Epcot main entrance directly by cab from BWV (which we've done on our Epcot park days; the main entrance is a much better place to start the day at Epcot than the International Gateway).
