Bus from Beach Club Question.

Does anybody know how the bus service runs to the Magic Kingdom from Beach Club? Times and probability of getting on the earliest bus would be much appreciated.
July 2nd we are hoping to use an early bus as I believe it takes us to the entrance. Will be leaving MK after lunch.

I'm moving this over to the transportation board for you, which may get you some more responses.

Busses generally start running about an hour before park opening, and run about every 20 minutes or so.

For those really early buses, you may find that BC buses also stop at S/D, YC and BW. But, once it gets to about 60-90 mins before official park opening, the buses will be used by only YC/BC. The early buses, used mainly by those with ADRs for early breakfasts, will start running about 6:30ish. Those buses run a bit less frequently. So, if you want to be at MK early, 9:00 opening, you should be out at the bus stop no later than 7:30ish. If you just miss a bus, it will take close to 20 mins for the next one to come along. The bus will drop you fairly close to the main entrance to MK as opposed to the TTC parking lot, where you would be if you drove yourself.

Sure, it just depends on what time you want to be at the entrance to the MK. If you want to be among the first to arrive, then you are going to have to take a bus....those parking at the TTC will find that the monorail/ferry don't start operating until one hour before park opening. But, if you just want to be there for 9:00, and don't mind being in a throng of people, then sure, park at the TTC and take the ferry or monorail to MK at 8:00.
There are those people that just have to be in the first wave of people that enter the park at 9:00, and to do that they have to arrive pretty early. I've been to MK for an early morning breakfast (Crystal Palace at 7:50) and there were a ton of people already there for a 9:00 park opening.

I know that the UOG says catch the bus at 8 or 8:15 to be there for opening time (36-46 mins using your own car and 29-39 mins using Disney Transport)
I was hoping that somebody was going to back this up and just let me know the probability of getting a seat on the bus. Very confused now!!

we'll be staying at BCV for the first time and would also like to be at MK for the opening ceremony.... when should we be at the bus stop? Again, we don't have to be the first people in MK, just want to be early enough to see the ceremony.

If the MK opens at 9am you should get to your bus stop around 8am to get there in plenty of time for the opening ceremonies.

If you want to get there REALLY early you can jump on one the Character Breakfast buses that start running around 6:30 am.

It's hard to say whether you will get a seat since the Epcot resorts do share the buses. As someone pointed out, all five resorts share the buses except for busy time periods. If you absolutely must have a seat I would suggest getting to the bus stop around 7:45am or so.

As for driving to the TTC, I agree that is not a good idea. You will be swamped with all the people driving in from off-site locations.

If you just want to be there in time to catch the opening ceremony, then be at the bus stop by 8:00. At that time BC most likely won't be sharing with any other resorts (except YC). That way, you should be at the entrance by 8:30 and shortly thereafter they will allow guests through the turnstiles to watch the park opening ceremony...that's usually about 8:45 or so.
