What a let down we just had. On January 19th I recieved a pin code for free dining for stays up until 6/30 in my email. It said "Enjoy a free dining plan (my maiden name) (my married name) family!" I tried clicking on the link in the email to book and they asked me for my name and zip code. After entering that I recieved an error message that the name and zip do not match the name and zip that the offer was for.
We decided to call. The CM told me that the pin is actually for my mother. Why it was sent to my email and had my married name on it is still a mystery. It had her address. So frustrating. My mother hasn't stayed on Disney Property in about 15 years while we go every year.
When I asked the CM to please remove my email address from offers for my mothers household, she told me she couldn't figure out how to do that. She said my mothers household wasn't showing my email address at all and she had no idea why that PIN would have gone to my email. She then asked me to fax her the email I recieved. Now I'm waiting to hear back from her. Ugh.

It's a holiday week. (4th of July) We booked everything anyway, we fly Southwest so there is no charge to change dates. If
