Budget bathroom remodel? Rebath?

We are closing on a condo tomorrow, which we will be renting out. This is our first time doing something like this. The condo is updated except for the bathroom. We need to replace (or put something over) the tub and replace the flooring, sink/vanity, and toilet. My husband went to Home Depot and they are sending someone from Rebath out. Does anyone have experience with this company? I'm wondering the cost/quality versus hiring a contractor to do the job. We don't want to spend a fortune, but of course we want it to be nice and durable. Thanks!
