BRP prices varying for Moderates? Mistake?

I just checked prices for the Passholder BRP rate and for 7 nights in April (5th to 12th) it quoted 1045 dollars for Port Orleans French Quarter but (for the exact same dates) I got a quote of 858 dollars for Port Orleans Riverside.

Is this a mistake or are the discounts based on availability and demand?

Are both prices for the same room type?
