Can we order from Brown Derby Lounge to-go?

My husband is very interested in trying the cob salad and grapefruit cake dessert but another sit down meal doesn't really work with our small children plan. It would be great if he could get it to-go on our way back to the hotel!

Not likely. Most of the restaurants/lounges are not set up for to go meals. Their kitchens are not big enough for their dining room and then to go patrons and they often do not have the bags and other containers needed for to go meals.

Have you thought about ordering at the Lounge instead of the indoor Restaurant? Both of those items are served there as well and it's a more casual setting. Should you feel like it's too much for the kids ask your waiter to box it up.
