Mickey02, congrats on your crocs purchase! As you probably read, I'm a big fan of crocs myself. Sounds like you've had a lot going on in your life. Graduations & weddings...oh my! Lots of excitement!

dee, I'm glad to hear that "Pirates" is played on the Dumbotron. I'll put a few late night movies on my "list of things to do on a 14-day cruise with fools." I'm guessing I'll be seeing some of you there....yes?

Ok, so today looks like it'll be nuts at work today. So I'll say "happy weekend" to you now. Incase I don't find time later. Scratch42, Looks like you're on top of things once again! Yes, another week to cross off!

I'm heading off to CA for my first trip to DL Monday! I'll miss posting next week, but will be back on the 19th with some pictures to share. I close on my house at 2:00 Monday afternoon and get on the plane at 10:00 that night.....ssseeesh, I don't like to waste time! Picture me leaving the Edina Realty closing office. A microphone appears and someone off screen says "Erica, you just sold your house. What are you going to do now?" "I'm going to Disneyland!" :rotfl2:

Thanks to Donna for all of the helpful hints you've givin me on DL planning! I'm going to look for your DH at World of Disney!

TTFN,
Erica J.

This reminded me of a funny story. Yesterday our daughter had a school picnic at school. Howard was there the whole day. One of the mothers walked up to Howard and said. Hey I know you, you work at Disneyland, you helped me out when they kept bringing up the wrong item, you went down and got it yourself. Apparently, whoever was helping her out was taking forever and there were lots of problems, and he came by and got it all straightened out.

Howard of course doesn't remember it at all, but thought it was funny that she actually remembered him.

(Belated) HAPPY BIRTHDAY, ERICA!!!!!!!!

I hope you have a GREAT TIME in DL!!!! :dance3: :dance3:

Hey, WA-type fools, and anyone who wants to track this way: This Sat., 1PM, Rainforest Cafe at Southcenter. I made a resrvation for 10 under Dee. If anyone else is coming, let me know!

Can't wait to see you!

Hey all --

If you are going from Paris to Barcelona on 8/17, and want in on advanced reservations and group rates, please PM ME. I'll have final details as soon as I know how many of us there are, but I'm working with RailEurope's group division.

PS Belated Birthday Greetings to Erica!

Pixie Dust to all that need it!

Hey Scratch 42,

Thanks for the Pixie Dust, I could use some. My Dad had a stroke on Saturday so I have been doing a lot of traveling to the hospital over an hour away and then having him moved to a nursing home closer to me but that is short term, then on to assisted living. I have suddenly taken over all of his finances, medical care and will be dealing with his house soon as well. He is doing fairly well and it will all work out but it sure has been a stressful, exhausting week!! Thanks again for sending out the Pixie Dust. Looking forward to having time again soon for Disney planning! :sunny:

Oh no! WW, I'm so sorry to hear this! Lots of PD your way (and your dad's!) pixiedust:

I heard from RailEurope this morning -- they may be able to offer group air with the Paris-Barcelona deal. So when you PM me (ASAP), I need:
How many of you
Where you're flying FROM
Where you're flying TO

The air is still tentatitive. Obviously, the more we have, the better chance we have of getting air. Minimum group size is 10.

Linda,

We missed you today! It was lovely to meet Dee47 and son and the Bishop Family, but we were concerned about you! Hope Cindy and you are both ok. You missed a good lunch and good conversation. We decided we'll have to do it another time when you can make it.

Beth
