It is expensive...$200-$400 per room per night, and there is only one bed in each room.

I can't believe that we are going on such a wonderfull adventure.

I've just joined this group - has anyone tried finding a hotel that are somewhat kid friendly? We are hoping to fly in a few days in advance of the cruise to get over the jet lag and see the town.

I know. It's just DH and I for this trip, so that's fine with us.

Where are the people who wanted to do RFC in Southcenter? I'm dying here! :confused3

Hey, We are still interested in RFC at South Center. We were just there last Sunday. Saturday, June 17th works for us, so does a later weekend with some advanced notice.

Sepmobile, congrats on your fabulous choice for a cruise! Welcome to the Ship of Fools! I'm coming your way in a little less than 2 weeks. I'll be flying to LAX on June 12th & spending 5 nights in DL with my sis. It's my first trip to DL, so I'm a bit excited!

It's nice and toasty here in MN. I spent Memorial weekend putting the dock in at the cabin & enjoying the nice cold lake water. I managed to get out on my windsurfer a couple of times. It's amazing what a work out windsurfing can be. If I do it on a regular basis, I should be in good shape for eating lots of Lava cake next August!

It's amazing how therapeutic it is to look through cruise souvenirs. I'm in the middle of moving from Minnesota to Wisconsin. As I pack my Disney treasures, I find myself digging through them. I just found my Panama cruise box not long ago. The navigators, menus, pins....my Panama book and blankie. Oh, the fun we had! Just makes me want to go on this next 14-day cruise even more!

I know, I'm preaching to the choir! I'm sure you all feel the same way!

Now I'm sad. I lost my box of cruise stuff. We do have the Panama Blanket. Howard has taken it and won't let anyone near it. That's his blankie. But the rest of my stuff from the cruise got packed into a box when we ended up having to move after the cruise. I haven't seen any of it since. I just hope that it didn't somehow get left or thrown out.

I love the look on peoples face when they come to DL for the first time after having been to WDW. DL is a lot smaller, and most people hate the castle. I for one like the small castle better, it's not so in your face, but I guess a lot of people like to use it as a landmark to judge where they are at. I use matterhorn for that. Of course I can see Matterhorn from home too, so I like looking at it.

My sister and I are so weird we both were at home on the phone the other day and commented that the fireworks hadn't started yet. It was 9:45 and they usually start at 9:25. We hung up the phone and 5 minutes later they started. So of course she had to call me up and tell me. I said I know I can hear them too. We both started laughing. How dare they be late. I use those fireworks to know when it's Lindsay's bedtime.

Beth says the 17th works for her too. Beth is taking the ship there and doing Paris first. :earsgirl:

What time? Do we need ressies? :listen:

Linda

1PM? How many of us are there? I'm thinking if there are more than 5-6 we should probably make a resie.

IT'S FRIDAY! AND ANOTHER WEEK BEHIND US PLUS ANOTHER MONTH FINISHED!

:dance3: :dance3: :dance3:
