Bring own pool towels to SSR?

Is it worth bringing our own pool towels to SSR when we go in 12 days? We are staying in a dedicated 2 bdrm, so washer & dryer available...but how bad are SSR's towels? This will be our first trip as DVC'ers, so we have so many questions...also is there a list of what little things we dont need to bring (ex. salt & pepper, sugar, coffee filters etc.) Just a little help would be appreciated!!

There are towels at the pool to use, but they are only standard towel size. Not beach towel size. We usually use the pool towels at the pool, but bring beach towels to take to the Water Parks.

They will provide paper towels, dish detergent, one single use box of Tide for the washer (one bedroom or larger), dishwasher detergent (one bedroom or larger), toilet paper. Also single pot of coffee in filtered media. You'll need basket type coffee filters, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, creamer, fabric softener and additional laundry detergent.

We thought the pool towels were fine at SSR in December. There were always plenty available also.

All the pools have clean towels available. Washer and Dryer is in your room. There are also additional laundry rooms located throughout the resort. You will need to bring or buy condiments. If you are there 12 days, buy the mug and get coffee/soda refills for free during your stay.

We are expecting a Nor'Easter with about a foot of snow
I can not wait to be "Home" in only 12 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first year we took our own beach towels but realizing there is never a shortage of towels at any of the pools they are now one less thing to pack
