I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE!
How can being in shape on your wedding day be worth all of the agony that running causes?? I thought my throat was going to catch fire. My legs felt as though they were going to give out and more than anything I just wanted to lie down in the muddy grass. As soon as I did DF screamed I had to keep moving or I would be in even more pain
. How do people get up and run on a regular basis?! I don't understand how anyone can actually enjoy the sport - I feel like it would be so much easier to cut everything yummy out of my diet and live on my rabbit's food. So today I am in sooo much pain - my legs are so stiff I can barely walk. Can I really be this out of shape? For all of those runners out there - how do you make yourself do it???
