Brennans Jazz Kitchen Question

DH & I are taking my niece and her husband to Brennans Jazz Kitchen for dinner, but I noticed that they have 2 restaurants. Does anyone know the difference between the two: downstairs is Flambeaux's and upstairs is the Carnival Club. I've seen the basic menus and I can't tell if one is dress-up/fancy and the other more casual. What can anyone tell me? Thanks.

When I ate there it seemed all casual. The only group mildly dressed up were in the Flambeaux's section.
