They said 45 days - no electronic monitoring, no work release, etc... 45 jail days.

She thought her license had been suspended for 30 days after her DUI last September - has been pulled over 2x for driving w/suspended license since then.

That's more time then my drunk loud mouth stupid neighbor got combined for his 3 or 4 DUI's with 2 of them leading to accidents . I am kind of shocked by this. She must of landed the only judge in california to impose a strict sentence.

Good that will be one less drunk driver on the road, if you ask me she should have got longer along with other drink drivers.

The rich and famous should be held accountable for their actions and not wiggle out of being a responsible citizen. She probably wasn't expecting any thing to happen to ..... HER.

I bet she wheedles her way into a country club, white collar jail and gets her sentence reduced to two weeks or something. Those types always seem to manage to get preferential treatment.
If she actually serves her full 45 days and ends up scrubbing toilets, I'll be very surprised.

Actually, Nicole is looking at jail time as well when she returns for her next court date.

I"m really glad the court seems to be making an example of her. She's been strutting around like she was above the law for quite some time.
