Breakfast or Dinner at CRT?

Is one better then the other? I currently have adr's for breakfast at CRT but I was thinking of trying to get a dinner there as well because there were a couple things on the menu that sounded pretty good. I also thought about maybe trying to get it for before the halloween party during our trip. Right now I have adr's at ohana for before the party but I was thinking it might be better to have something inside the park and move ohana to another night.

The characters are different at breakfast and dinner, if that is important to you (it's important to us!).

Breakfast has Cinderella for a photo and 4 other princesses circulating in the dining room. Dinner has Cinderella for a photo and during the meal, the Fairy Godmother does a short show. (Lunch is like breakfast).

We had breakfast, and the food was really good.

Thanks for pointing that out. In that aspect it seems like breakfast would be better since you are able to meet the different princesses rather then only Cinderella. We had a princess breakfast on our first trip and I was surprised at how much our son enjoyed it so I think I may have to stick with breakfast.

For our Sept. 2010 trip we decided that we want to do CRT again but for dinner, which will be our first time. But if I were you, I think I would eat in the park somewhere before the party just for the piece of mind of knowing that you are already in the park. I am really interested to hear what the other responses will be.

That's what had me thinking about switching. If we get there early we won't have to worry about crowds at the gate or anything. I want to do both but I can't see spending that much money twice. It's such a hard decision because each time has it's benefits.

We have done dinner and breakfast twice each. We prefer the food at dinner, it is a really nice meal, maybe not worth the dollars but still a very nice meal.

The characters though at breakfast are wonderful for little girls. Cinderella of course, we have also met Snow White, Jasmine, Belle in Blue, Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland and Sleeping Beauty at breakfast (four each time.)

Think we will try lunch next time as the princesses are there like at breakfast but the meal is more similar to dinner.

We did breakfast for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it was great!! I will definitely do it again when we go back!! Both the food and the characters were great!
