We want to do a later morning at Epcot's worldshow case one day and are wondering of somewhere that we could get a nice breakfast from eithe buffet or food court close to epcot. We'll be staying at POR so anywhere near international gateway or somewhere that we could have breakfast before WS, would be great. Does anyone have any suggestions.

TIA

Boatwright's at your resort is a great place for breakfast. I would also suggest Cape May buffet which is at the Beach club resort. The Beach club sits behind Epcot. You could then enter Epcot at the international gateway in World showcase.

Now it is a character meal, not sure it that's up your alley or not, but Restaurant Akershus in Norway has a breakast: Princess Storybook Breakfast. It's served family-style and is basic breakfast foods (with a side of princesses). Last September we had an ADR there for 9:55 and by the time we finished WS was about to open... perfect timing!

Spoodles at the Boardwalk or Fresh at the Dolphin both have very nice breakfasts.

The "Yacht Club Galley" has a very nice breakfast. The "Cape May Character Breakfast" is also very good, but be prepared to spend a little time.

Cape May is awesome, I would go there in a heartbeat. No way could you get us back to Spoodles, the food was greasy, overcooked and rubbery

The Cape May character breakfast is awesome. Since it is a buffet we could take as much time as we wanted. Plus you get to walk right over to epcot. We went there from POFQ and took the bus to MGM and the boat to the Beach Club. It was a nice ride.

I will agree- Cape May does a terrific job. Not sure if you are looking to be away from characters or not though.

Cape May if you are ok with characters
Spoodles if you don't want characters. You can order off the menu a la carte, or order the all-you-can eat breakfast...They bring the food to you.

These are all great suggestions and I have two more. First, if you are looking for something lighter, you might try the BeachClub Marketplace which has danish and egg sandwiches. There is a nice great room across the way in which you could eat the breakfast. Another option is Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. We had a nice breakfast there during our last trip. Around the Epcot Resort area, for a TS, our favorite pick is the Spoodles breakfast--but we have not yet tried Fresh.
